About the Opportunity:

The Project Manager is the primary delivery leader on an assigned construction project, responsible for managing head contract obligations, coordinating on-site design and construction activities, and overseeing commercial performance. Working closely with the site, commercial, and engineering teams, you will drive program delivery, manage head contract claims and EOTs, and ensure the project achieves its quality, safety, and financial targets.

About You:

• 10+ years experience in project management within the building construction industry
• Demonstrated track record delivering projects valued at $50M and above
• Strong knowledge of head contract administration, variations, and EOT management
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience managing design and construct delivery models is advantageous
• Confident project leader with strong organisational and delivery management capability
• Commercially astute with sound knowledge of head contract obligations and claims processes
• Skilled at managing client expectations and escalating issues to the project director
